Hue Memory
A color appears, then hides. Pick the exact shade from four neighbors. The differences shrink every level.
How to play
- Hold the shown color in mind
- After the pause, four close shades appear
- Tap the exact original
- 3 lives; deltas tighten each level
What it trains
Visual memory. Color memory is coarser than color vision. You can tell millions of shades apart side by side, but a remembered color drifts toward its category prototype within seconds: that teal quietly becomes plain blue in storage. Precision studies show memory noise growing with every item and every second of delay.

One honest tip
Name the color precisely: not blue, but dusty petrol. A sharp label fights the drift.
